True Paintball Halloween Party Information

What's this all about?
As some of you may know, we held a haunted house last year at our field called “A Nightmare on Harvard Street”.  We had a lot of fun with the event, but we are changing it up this year.  We accumulated a lot of cool props and stuff so we have decided to decorate the field for a couple of days and operate as many of the props as possible.  If you don’t have anywhere to be the night before Halloween, this is going to be a great place.   In addition to having the props out and getting a few scares, we will have some great paintball play going on.


Activities
Grave Robbing:  Team elimination games with a twist:  find hidden body parts and return them to the front desk area for a prize. 

Movie Area:  Upstairs area will be playing Halloween themed movies all night.  Bring or order in food and make yourself at home.

Costume Contest:  Costumes are optional, but there are prizes for best or category.

Dark Games:  Some of our games will be in a low light situation.  Players will want to move a little slower.  We will be providing glowsticks to preregistered guest as a way of signaling that you are trying to exit the field.  If you are not planning to preregister, you may want to consider bringing your own glow stick.  If you want to bring a flashlight to use during play, feel free to do so.

More Games:General game play will be available outside.  Our lighting situation on the outdoor tactical and hyperball fields has improved over last year.  If we can get enough interest from players (at least 6 preregistered that request the speedball field), we’ll figure out how to light up that field too.

   

Music:
The indoor field will have spooky music.

Lighting:
The indoor field will be darker than usual and we will putting out black lights in many of the staging areas.  Please let us know if you have special needs with regard to strobe lights or other concerns. 

Rules:
This is a beginner-friendly event and everyone will take it easy on the new guys.  All hits count (gun, and all parts of body and equipment).  No pods for carrying extra paint are allowed this time.  Many of our customers are going to be rentals so we can’t overemphasize enough how kind we need to be to them.  For our more experienced players, this would be a good time to get out that pump, pistol or obsolete gun that you’ve been hanging onto.  If you’re an experienced player looking to have a friend try paintball, this will be a fun place to start.

Helpers:
Volunteering at our events has it's perks.  We haver a lot of helpers signed up, but there may be room for a few more.  Please call if you are interested.

Does this Attraction Have Paintball?
Yes.  We are not holding a "haunted house" this year.  We are having a party, at our haunted facility where paintball will be the feature event.  Don't be scared if you haven't tried paintball, we are gearing this event toward the beginner and casual player -not the pros. The $25 fee (plus sales tax) includes everything you'll need for an awesome halloween celebration.  If your under 18, you'll need a waiver signed by a guardian.

Where Is True Paintball Adventure Park?
We are located near the Idaho National Guard (just south of the airport).

The Orchard exit is under construction, but do not fear.  We have been informed that it would not be shut down for traffic heading South off this exit.  Take the exit and head South to the Orchard and Victory Road intersection.  Stay on Orchard/Gowen Road for 2.1 miles until you see Zepplin Street on the left.  Turn left and go to the end and turn Right.  We are the Second business on the right.
